User Data Deletion Instructions

BeautyKlove Private Limited, operating under the brand BeautyKlove – Salon at Home, allows users to request deletion of their BeautyKlove account and associated personal data.

1. How to Submit a Deletion Request

Send an email to:

Email subject: User Data Deletion Request

Please include:

  1. Your full name
  2. Your registered mobile number
  3. Your registered email address
  4. A statement requesting deletion of your BeautyKlove account and personal data

For your security, we may ask you to verify ownership of the registered phone number or email address before processing the request.

2. Information That Will Be Deleted or Anonymised

After verification, eligible information associated with your account may be deleted or permanently anonymised, including:

  • Customer profile information
  • Saved service addresses
  • Social-login identifiers associated with the account
  • Saved preferences
  • Eligible customer-support information
  • Other personal information that is no longer required

3. Information We May Need to Retain

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary for:

  • Tax, accounting and financial-record obligations
  • Completed transaction and payment records
  • Fraud prevention and platform security
  • Dispute, complaint and chargeback resolution
  • Compliance with a legal or regulatory requirement
  • The establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims

Where possible, retained information will be restricted from further use except for the applicable legal or compliance purpose.

4. Processing Time

We normally process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Additional time may be required where identity verification, technical restoration cycles or legal-retention requirements apply.

We may send a confirmation after the deletion request has been completed.

5. Facebook or Meta Login Users

If you used Facebook Login, you may also remove BeautyKlove from your Facebook account:

  1. Open Facebook and go to Settings & Privacy.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Open Apps and Websites.
  4. Select BeautyKlove.
  5. Choose Remove.
Removing BeautyKlove from Facebook disconnects the Facebook login permission. To request deletion of information stored in BeautyKlove systems, you must also send a deletion request to care@salonathome.in.
